Think I'm in the midst of a new flare

Actually I'm probably 99% sure that is what is going on. It started about 1 week ago ( but I have time frame reference problems so no telling on that). It started with some really bad vertigo to the point I had to grab on to things. Then more fatigue than normal hit me. I mean sleeping 12 - 14 hours and still needing to take a nap during the day. Then my legs started cramping up ( I can never remember what the medical terms for these thing are). These cramps or tighness in my legs have been so bad at times it is hard to walk. And finally today my termors have gone wild.

I have been taking 100mg of Gapa to control the tremors. Until today that was enough and I would only notice a little bit of a tremor just before I went to bad. Today I have taken 200mg and can barely hold a drink in my right hand due to the tremors and they are also starting to occur in my right leg. Oh I have also been getting the MS hug at times every day, and a couple of TN type pains in my face for about 1 hour each time (Thank God it wasn't longer). Oh 1 other thought about thses tremors. Usually I only get them when reaching for something or holding someing in my right hand. Now they seem to be constant even when my arm is resting on something. IAt those times I don't actually see the tremor but the amr feels like it is having tremors.

Tomorrow I am thinking of making the trip up to the VA ER due to this what seems like a flare. Any thoughts on this or other actions I should take. And yes my decision process is also getting messed up too!

For me it was the feeling of having tremors came first, sometimes you could see it because i'd be noticebly trembling but because i was told I was hypoglycemic, i would stuff my self with sugar and carbs, my dr said it was a hypo and told me to eat, ahhh no! I think its been about 4 years now that i've had the feeling of tremor, i feel it ALL the time. It wasnt until last year when i started knocking things over when i reached for something, stabbing my self with my fork etc, at the same time dealing with an out of control left leg action/intention tremor, that the penny dropped lol.

Can you feel the tremor sometimes but not easily see it? If so, one way to make it more visible is to hold a piece of paper in your fingers, you'll see the vibration even when your tremor seemingly apears dormant, it really is still there. I accidentally discovered if i hold a ticket (yes i know i'm weird lol) between my lips, the ticket vibrates, proving the tremor is not just in my arms and legs but also at rest.

Just a thought, sorry if you already knew this.

Cheers.......JJ
