Hi Kelli,
I was wonder if this was done on a 3T or 1.5T MRI?
If you currently have lesions in your spine, then I would think that you would feel the effects of them right now. So, if you're doing OK, then for now, you should be OK.
I have lesions in my spine, too. One of them is 4 cm (40 mm) long and I think another one is longer than that. I have spasticity with stiffness in my legs, and get all sorts of weird things with numbness/tingling/hyper-sensitivity/pinpricks off and on all the time and fun incontinence/frequency/urgency issues. Plus, my legs feel really weak some days.
You have already started taking a DMD, right?

Nobody will tell you, because nobody really knows! Even your neurologist won't tell you. What they want you to do is tell them how *you're* doing.
All I can say is that I have several lesions in my spinal cord, and I'm still walking. Everybody is different.
I have already been dx. I was just wondering what the severity of these sounds like, I know you guys are really smart and informative about this type of thing. That's why I'm asking
Kelli
The good news that I am reading from the report is that apparently your spine (other than th obvious) looks healthy (ie, no stenosis).
