Throbbing/burning feet

Hi everyone,
I have a quick question about something that has been quite bothersom for me and seem to becoming more frequent.
when I lay down at night and occasionally in the daytime, my feet start throbbing, and even the blanket, socks, shoes hurt and feel like they are cutting off circulation. The are extremely hot to the touch and nothing seems to ease it. I was wondering if anyone else experiences this and if they have any helpful advice on how to alleviate it or ease it enough for me to be able to sleep/function?

I have experienced this aswell.I was able to lesson the pain by having a fan blowing on my feet.

I have the opposite problem.  I get cold, cold feet and hands.  Mainly my feet.  I don't recall throbbing with mine.  But I also do experience not being able to have anything on my feet...no socks, no blanket...nothing.

I know that doesn't really help you out with your question, but I just kinda wanted you to know that you aren't alone with feet issues.

Hope you find relief soon!
