Too many sx??

I have sx everywhere throughout my body... for example.. sometimes my eyes and ears ache, my neck and shoulders ache, my arms (both) get shooting pains, my hands tingle, I have frequent urination,my inner thighs hurt, my left toes are numb, ankle pain, whole body fatigue/weakness, memory fog, dizziness, whole body twitching, and burning in both shins and tops of feet.  I also get strage sensations sometimes like water running or splashing on my legs, and itchy skin.   I'm sure there is more... that I just can't remember.  These sx aren't always present at the same time.  They all come and go in different times and patterns.  Some sx have gone away and new ones show up.  It's so unpredictable.   I've read that if someone has TOO many sx in all parts of the body this is less likely to be MS.  IS this true?

There are so many symptoms, I would think it would be possible to have alot of them.  I too have the feeling that my leg is wet and reach down to feel and sure enough, dry as a bone.
Everyone is different, I can't imagine too many symtoms would rule out MS

During a flare, I have a lot of symptoms, like you describe.  When I'm in remission, I only have a couple of symptoms to deal with (although those have increased over the years.)

My answer is - I don't know!  But I think any declarative statement saying that this rules out MS is a mistake, considering how variable the disease is.
