Twitching Right Thumb

For several years I've noticed when I stick my right thumb straight out and up or down a certain way it twitches uncontrollably.  Sometimes, the muscle in the bottom part of my thumb will also twitch depending on how I'm holding it.  Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi, I am not dx'd with ms, but I do get the twitching thumb also. Mine happened in my left thumb for about 3 months!  Since that stopped, I occasionally get a twitching thumb, it actually started in my right thumb, but only happened twice.

I have had twitching in my upper left shoulder blade for about 3 weeks, arch of my left foot twitching and some twitching in my left abdomen. All of my twitching and buzzing seem to happen on my left side, its crazy!

Since December i have had a left hand tremor that started to get alittle better, but still is not gone. Once again its the left side.
