Hey all. Anybody ever had a Vitamin B6 deficiency?
My B12 and FolateFolate deficiency levels are fine (832 and >20). However, I was looking at the symptoms of B6 defiency, which can include muscle weaknessWeakness and nueropathaties, but also sebborheic deramatitis and chelatis at the corners of the mouth, both of which I occasionally have ...
Please comment if you have any experience with this ....
I am being treated with B12 injections (methylcobalamin) each week.
I have no experience with folate deficiency, except to know that it can cause birth defects if you are pregnant, mainly spina bifida.
