Hey, all,
I got a call from my PCP's advice nurse a while ago. They want me to stay on this mild bland diet until my stomach finishes settling down after a virus or whatever sent me to the ER with bad pain.
She also told me that my Vitamin D level wsa up to 56, but Dr. S. want's it to be at least 60. I checked; the level in November was 54.3. She suggested I bask in whatever sun breaks through, and take the gel Vitamin D supplements instead of the dry form I bought, not knowing better. She said that there wasn't clear scientific evidence that the gel form was better, but plenty of anectdotal evidence.
Yesterday, while sitting on the couch, it felt like my spine was vibrating, then while shopping with my roommate at Macy's, it felt like the floor started moving under me. I grabbed a clothes rack, and stayed close to counters, railings, and my roommate. I was also feeling fatigued and kind of spaced out, and my vision is more blurry again.
I don't know if I'm having a flare after this supposed virus, or what.
I'm taking my car in for it's repairs tomorrow (finally), so then I'll just stay at home, rest, eat small bland meals, and cry, oops, I mean work at feeling better. I'll be careful going up and down the stairs, watch out so Fluffy doesn't trip me, and check in with my forum family as long as my eyes focus. :o)
