What could it be??

On my MRI from March, it states that I have "possible prominent perivascular space along base of left basal ganglia." What does this mean?  We just did another MRI of the brain recently to see if there are any plaques growing or developing in the spinal area, from what I remember.  I do not have MS, but we are looking into this.  I have a terrible drop foot and just got put into a boot because I rolled my foot and hurt my ankle.  Something is just not right and we are looking for answers, as I am so young to be experiencing these things.  I also have tingling and numbness on the left side of my body alone.  It comes and goes.  I have a history of Migraines, but no idea what is going on. I also lose balance and fall over frequently, incredible fatigue, occular migraine, etc.  I have a pituitary tumor, measuring 4 mm, but that is clearly not of huge concern.

Note:  I did fall from a horse and had spinal fusion 3 years ago, but the MRI shows the nerve is not likely encased near the fusion site.

Any help or ideas that anyone has would be great!  Does this sound to you like MS??

As far as I can remember, enlarged perivascular spaces, also known as Virchow-Robin spaces or VR spaces are considered a "normal variant."

They are often called out in reports, because they can be confused for lacunar infarcts, cystic neoplasms, and infectious cysts.
