What does it mean?

In the last couple of months, I have been getting "bee stings" to my left knee and occasionally my left toes.  However, the last couple of days I have been getting these stings everywhere and they are driving me nuts!!  Any ideas on what or how this is happening?  Any imput would be helpful.  Thanks  Karen

I've had that same feeling on my back and I mean my WHOLE back! It goes away when I relax and calm down. I get it very often when my back meets extreme heat or sweating. But if I put cold things on my back the stinging and itching pain goes away just like magic! But this is getting me very worried so can some tell me what is wrong with me too?

It sounds like paresthesia - stinging or burning sensations caused by the nerves misfiring.  I get those frequently in the tips of my toes and on the sides of my feet.  The most disturbing is when it happens in other areas!

As to how or why... you may be going through a relapse.  You may be having a pseudo-relapse from heat or illness.
