What does this mean?

5 days ago, I was just falling asleep when I was woken up by a vibration in my head. It literally felt and sounded like my phone vibrating on the table but it was in my head. It hurt me at the time, and since then I have had a headache/ migraine. I am sensitive to light, quick movement brings on the head pain and pain killers do not help. I am a little bit worried as to what the vibration was and the after effects I am having, can someone try explain this to me?

Hi - Welcome to our group.

We are an MS centered group and what you describe doesn't scream MS to me. I'm not doc, and with one notable exception, no one else here is either. Have you seen a doc of any variety? If not, that's where I'd start.
