Wild Blueberries - Anti-Inflammatory

Hi All,

Been doing a little research and wasn't sure if we've mentioned wild blueberries on the forum in the past.  If so, disregard, and if not, well, it's worth a read.  We use to pick wild blueberries when I was a kid, they grew around our local lake. . . Seems there is more and more research on their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant powers. . .

Hi, thanks, yeah...

I posted on the other thread about my doctor's phone call.  My blood work came out pretty normal, so he's not going to treat me.  Wants to know what the cause is first.  Recommended Advil.  I am better, though.  I go next Tuesday for more testing, then back to the neuro on December 13.
