Wow! MS Hug

Yesterday evening and today, bouts of the "Hug" lasting about 20 minutes each.  Starts in the muscles around about T8, and radiates around to the front through the intercostal muscles.  Tough to take in a big breath!  Both janusirsasana and parsvojanusirsasana helped a little in relieving it.

that is just about the same places i get them. so much more effort to breath and quite frustrating to me!!   parts of my spinal area and such just seldom seem to relax. wonder if this adds to the acid reflux stuff?

a little yoga to me routine would be beneficial.

Yes, sorry I didn't explain.  They're Yoga poses that stretch those muscles some.  Doesn't get rid of the hug, but it does offer a little relief.

Much better today.

Sorry you have to experience these.  So interesting that (???) helps.  My version of yoga is sitting.
