add muscle twitching

I've sought a third opinion who asked exactly what you did--have had a spinal tap?  I did several weeksagao, along with blood work --waiting results.  Since I last  posted, the chorea is under control, but the weakness in left wristand legs below knesremain, along with muscle twitching in random parts of body under skin.  Am worried about the progression/change in symptoms.  I would appreciate your opinion.
