another symptom question

Right now I'm really tired. Getting ready to go to bed.

My question is when your really tired can that mess with the symptoms?

Yes fatigue can definitely mess with your MS symptoms, but keep in mind that depression causes fatigue and anxiety causes sleep issues so mental health issues will additionally mess with symptoms in some ways too, sometimes it's what came first the chicken or the egg situation

I notice when my fatigue is worse that both my cognitive symptoms and vision worsen. I also tend to get more emotional but that is typical for me if I get overtired.

Personally, I think because the fatigue slows me down physically and mentally that maybe my symptoms aren't necessarily worse I just seem to be more aware of them.

Try to rest as much as you can because dealing with a new diagnosis and starting a DMD are exhausting all on their own.
