bad or good?both?bit anxious

To me personally this does not sound good cause my scans always come back clear and normal i never have to go back in for them, and In australia they don't redo scans  unless there is a query in the first lot.

Bit worried I guess this was the one test of the lot I thought would come back normal.
I've had many of at the same hosp over the years, including one 8 weeks ago(neurosurgeon didnt say if it was normal just requested LP to test MS).

sigh testing  weeks please end now yuck
cant help being anxious i guess

Worry is normal. One day I realized most of the things I worried about did not come true. Other things I did not count on came true but not exactly what I worried about. Worry is trying to control the future and you can not. I realized most things scary do not happen in the moment. Most scary things are happening later. Even when scary thing happen in the moment I am usually to overwhelmed to really be freaked out until later. So if I stay in the moment things are okay.

I find distraction is good. Watching a movie, going for a walk. I swim. Going out with family or friends. Reading a book. Petting an animal. Anything to not worry.

You also can time worry. Set a timer and say I can worry for 5 minutes. Writing helps me. When I write out what makes me anxious it does not have as much power.
