ben gay is my friend tonight

Again I just finished ivsm x3d. My knees are hurting I soaked in Epson salts and lathered down in Ben gay. What do you do for this? No otc meds help.

Just stay off the feet I guess as best I can?

I used to take prescription pain pills, the come down off steroids is really painful. I would get cramp feelings in my arms and legs, more like a bone pain from the inside out.

For me I was taking high dose "pulsed" steroids for cancer treatment (the off and on bit is supposed to be the part that makes if more effective)  for months with High dose Dexamethasone. I used codeine it was effective for me.
