blood test

hi there. I am most likely like many of you guys here. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I have an elevated rheumatoid factor test could this lean towards MS> I have hardly any symptoms of Rheumatoid arth. I do have symtpoms of MS
Very tired, depressed, urinating almost every hour, full bladder each time (Had bladder checked out seems normal, chucked up to having 4 kids) my arms and legs BURN (like someone is pouring salt over a cut) numbness in arms and legs, no reflexes in elbows, knees and one ankle (I have tumors in the other foot so they won't test that other foot)I drop things, have muscle fatigue and distal loss of strength. I also feel like my face has spiders crawling on it at times. oh and memory man oh man I told the doctor who diagnosed me with the disease of NF and 5 minutes later couldn't even recognize the doctor name. boy do I feel stupid. don't know what that is about but memory seems bad, maybe stress
I have a disease called neurofibromatosis where tumors grow on the nerves of your body, which can go hand and hand, however I can not have a MRI scan, i have an implant to help with my pain.
I was told at first that they feel it is either a brain tumor or MS(to be honest rather ha MS no cure for this cancer) i had anerve test done and am scheduled for a more indepth one.

I'm not going to be much help where info is concerned with RA and the tests to dx.

I pray they find a way to see what is going on for sure.
