bump up?

how do you bump something up and and how do you look for something bumped up? Someone was bumping up a thing about spasticity, and I didn't know how to find it.

to bump up, you just have to write "bump" or whatever you'd like in the box like i am doing right now.

Usually if someone is bumping somethin gup for you to read, they'll tell you as close to a title as they remember. There is a search option now too, but I haven't used it yet. I'll look for your spasticity for you, bump it again and then put a post here to tell you the title. Hopefully I'll find the righ tone - that's a popular topic.

I just bumped "muscle tone and spasticity" up for you. Pretty sure it's the right one, since the last bump was from Zilla to you. The forum moves so fast now, it was already way back on page 3!
