burning toes

Anyone suffer from burning toes? I am awake all night with the burning.

will the problem show up in nerve conduction test?

I get that  ot electric shock to the toes and weird sensation like I have fiberglass between my fingers from time to time.

my toes burn almost all the time on my right foot and sometimes on my left foot.  It is a little different than the electric shock (I get that one too).  The best description I give is the tinginling feeling you get  when you are sitting in a hot tub and then you plunge into a cold pool.  It is definately not cold though.

I have never had a nerve conduction test so I can not answer than. My Dr prescribed Lyrica which reduces the pain a lot.

I do hope you find an answer.  I know some people here have little tricks they do to make the pain go away.  Hopefully you will here from them soon.

I get burning or numbness in my toes.  Sometimes it feels like it's between the toes, like I have a raging case of athlete's foot.

A nerve conduction test can tell you if the burning is due to peripheral nerve damage.  Something like diabetic neuropathy and the like.  Mine was normal, and since I have spinal lesions, we know it's a central nervous system problem.
