could i have MS?

Hello. I'm 21 and in March I went through a time of extreme stress....and on March 27th I woke up feeling dizzy and spacey...like I wasn't in or attached to my own body...and I've felt this way for almost four months! Everyday I'm dizzy and can't concentrate, everything looks very bright and sometimes like it's moving. Also I've been having lower back pain and a pressure feeling in ny rectum...the doctor said that might be hemroids but no creams or eating better has helped! As for the dizziness the doctors told me I have a build up of inner ear fluid...but could it be causing me symptoms of unbalance and weakness for this long? I'm getting anxiety now and can't think of anything but my health....the reason I think it could be ms I  because I feel tingling sometimes but that was actually only after reading about ms that I became tingly. I just feel horrible and sick and dizzy and anxious everyday....and I don't even have health insurance to run proper tests to find out what's wrong!! Anyone please help if you can....

Your Primary Care can do a simple Neurological exam, reflexes etc. If it comes out normal whatever you are dealing with is not Neurological and therefore not MS.

Anxiety itself can cause tingles. Visual brightening? Usually from MS (optic neuritis), visual changes would be dulling of colors.
