difficulty to start swallowing

My sister (25) has RRMS (diag: december 2013), using copaxone from may 2014. She has experienced sometimes that food or saliva into her wrong pipe (2-3 times a week). From november 2014 she experience some difficulties to start swallowing, when she eat more (only food), but she dont have 'wrong pipe sympthoms'.
In this situation she waited a few seconds, and swallowed 'a big'.
So when she eat a lot she experienced it (but only a lot, and always the last bites). In this situation she completes the meal.
So she have difficulty to start swallowing, when she eat a lot, but when she realized it, she did not experience choking whilst eating.
Does anyone experienced it?
Is it a progressive sympthom. She has RRMS, but she did not experienced flare.

Thanks for everyone!

Next week she will visited her MS Centre to get a next three months copax, so she will tell it her neuro.

If it to worry some her Primary Care doctor could set un a swallow studdy or sometimes a speech therapist can help. Drinking while eating is a very good tip from Wobbly.

This happens with me at times, I can't seem to swallow, it's like its frozen or something.  I'm talking about even saliva, I sometimes try taking a sip of whatever I'm drinking and it will start a reflex or something to help it start.

Let Dr know ok
