Some of these symptoms are neurological in nature,but to say they are MS related they could or could not be.
If you have not had any diagnostic testing done thats a good place to start.MRI's brain and C-spine with and without contrast.EMG/NCS to see if theres a cause to the numbness.
It does sound neorological. But it can be many things, as wel as Multiple Sclerosis. It would be best to make an appointment with a neuologist and have an MRI done! Take care!
I agree with the above comments, you have to have a full work up to see what is going on - we cannot give you further advice as we are not neuro's. Take care and get the necessary tests done to set your mind at ease.

There's many disorders that mimic MS.
Getting into a good neuro would be a good start.
