electric shock waves in back/arms/legs when ...

Hi
I don't believe I have MS, but I do have COPD pretty good, I'm sure you've all heard it all... but this started a few decades ago..now it's so bad. if I cry real hard (times of grieving) or say yell hard (at a sports game).. I get these horrible shock waves through my arms legs & back (maybe it's my lungs?)
the other thing that's weird & Doc doesn't know what to make of it, happens mainly when I lay down, feet get hot on bottom & have tingling pretty good - this one has only been happening a year. the other I remember at a hockey game, I almost passed out. I'll post in copd/lung forum, but this is the only one that comes up with electric shock feelings in extremities.
thanks everyone!!

Hi angelcher.  I know those type of symptoms are always going to come up as possible MS when a search is made on the web and I'm glad you found us.  I imagine you have a pulmonary specialist, but you might want to ask for a neurology referral to review what might be going on .

If you have specific questions, please be sure to come back and ask.
