electrical charge sensation

for the last 2 1/2 to 3 years I have had  the feeling of electrical discharge from the tips of my toes to the upper part of my spine. it is there 24 7 as I walk every time my feet touch the ground each step sends a discharge of eletricity up my legs hip to the back as well as my right arm it goes from the tip of my fingers up the arm the my spine and this happend every time i come in contact with anything. have checked with doctors but they have not been able to give me anything that would help me this other than pain pills that are worst then the problem itself. any sugestions are well appreciated..
