emptied sella turcica, chronic fatigue

When I was having a cervical epidural, the needle broke and was replaced. Ever since that day, 2 1/2 years ago,I have had constant fatigue, muscle weakness, pain, etc. Could the cervical epidural be the cause of my problems?

The empty sella is a pituitary issue (or rather, neuro-endocrine) and that would cause fatigue. It would be treated by a neuro-endocrinologist.
But it would not be a sudden thing.

If I lived with constant pain and muscle weakness I would be fatigued.

Damage to the spine would cause muscle weakness and pain, but not fatigue.  So it's hard to say.
