enough for now

I am in the Court of Appeals without an attorney and time is running out.  An attorney tried to come to court and help me at the trial.  He called the Judge and said he was tied up and was going to represent me and asked for a thirty minute leeway.  The judge refused his representation of me and I had to have the case without legal representation.  I was sick with migraine all month.  Even a doctor wrote a note and sent me to the hospital ER the day after my appearance before a judge.  The court did not care.  I could not even think correctly or see well enough to present the evidence correctly.  And I do not know the law.  The doctors tell me it should be obvious to the court.  They tell me that they are just sick of the whole legal system anymore.  I am trying to set a precedent to change the law and/or get it properly enforced.  And to make it more difficult there are ways a company can deny you COBRA insurance, as well, legally.  What a mess not just for me; but, for our whole society...
