horrible dizziness and fatigue

This just came out of nowhere.  For the last hour I've been struggling to keep my head up straight.  I just feel so dizzy and tired.  My eyes keep not focusing properly, as they do if I've awoken in the middle o fhte night or stayed up WAY too late.  I don't understand it.

It almost feels like I've taken way too much of the gabapentin, but I just took my usual dosage (300 mg 6x/day--so far I've taken three today),  plus I took some tylenol for my headache.  I can't imagine these two meds would cause this, would they?

Sorry if I'm incoherent--I'm feeling disoriented, too, from being so dizzy and having trouble focusing.  Hopefully this goes away soon.

I'm finishing a course of Solumedrol tomorrow for what sounds incredibly similar - started last Saturday.  I talked to my Neuro Monday, and started the infusions Tuesday.  I already feel better in the balance department, and feeling a wee bit more energetic, too.  The muscle fatigue in all 4 extremities hasn't changed, but both my Neuro and I believe that's left-overs from prior attacks.

Call your Neuro!  The sooner you're treated, the better!

Thanks for your comments.  I feel a lot better than I did this afternoon (I felt like my head was just spinning and I couldn't concentrate on anything).  I still feel somewhat dizzy and foggy-brained, but nothing like what I felt earlier.  Maybe it was a strange migraine???  Can an MS sx come for a few hours and get partially better?

If the dizziness comes back that badly, I will call my dr tomorrow.

If this continues into tomorrow let your neurologist know.  Sounds like a relapse.
