I feel terrible for you and I can hear the fear in your post.
Like jj said, stay off of Google as it is just making things much worse.
You can't change what has happened so you need to take a breath and try not to worry.
I will pray for you and keep you in my thoughts.
Best regards barb

I understand that anxiety.  Several years ago while I was drawing blood from a patient, I got stuck with the dirty needle from that high risk patient.  I had to undergo HIV testing for a year.  Thankfully I didn't and do not have HIV but the fear of that virus was overwhelming at times.

Definitely listen to supermum because you are killing yourself with stress.  And I will say a prayer for you too.

Hi there,

i'm not sure if you realise it or not but your question has landed on the MS community.......personally, i think you did something you regret which probably caused you some anxiety. The sx's you mention experiencing around a week after is actually more likely to be unrelated but it has potentially triggered your anxiety to be more in line with 'health anxiety'.

If that is at all possible, you'll need to understand that your continual symptom googling, whilst being a common behaviour with health anxiety, it is the last thing you should be doing as it will only worsen your anxiety fears more and more........it's usually recommended that you stop googling, distract your self by keeping busy doing something that doesn't fuel your anxious thoughts and make an appointment with your doctor to discuss how obsessively afraid you are becoming over this!

Take care of your mental health.......JJ
