I seem to make loud noise when i urinate is there anyone that has the same problem. when am in a public

Could you please explain what you mean by 'noise'?
I can't imagine a noise when urinating that would have people concerned for your well being so it's hard to tell what you mean...when you urinate how loud it sounds often just depends on the level of pressure there is eg a full to bursting bladder will release under pressure so will sound louder than an empty bladder that trickles.
