is chest pains a symptom of MS?

i have been suffering from random chest pains along with other symptoms like dizziness, vision probelms, leg and arm weakness and pain, abdominal numbess, headaches and a weird numb sensation between my should blades going up into my head. Some of these symptoms match with multiple sclerosis but does chest pains?

First thing to do is get yourself evaluated for heart trouble.  Make sure that's completely eliminated as a possibility before you consider anything else.

Now, when you say chest pain, what do you mean?  Heart problems often manifest as chest pains, and many women experience a similar pain in their arm or elbows.

People with MS often get chest spasms or esophageal spasms, which are because of damage to the spinal cord at that level.  The pain feels like a cramp, or side stitch.

I was already tested for heart problems so i know its not that. It ranges in pain, sometimes it feels like my chest is really tight and its almost hard to breath and sometimes its sharp pain, but its not just in one spot it moves around.
