just asking for prayers

Today I'm just asking for prayers from all of you.  I'm in a really rough spot.  Basically been in pain for weeks, not sleeping, and can barely walk.  Went to the ER 2 days ago and literally did nothing.  Ran no tests and just told me to keep taking my meds.

I've been waiting 4-5 mos to see a new neuro which is on the 18th.  I was lucky enough to be given a name of a different neuro by a fellow MS patient, and I'm seeing her today.  Please pray that this neuro will be able to help me!

I feel for you. Neurology can be very annoying, especially since the waiting list is so long to get in to an appointment. Then, of course, the doctors never seem to be available when you really need them. I don't blame you for being irritated with the ER, either. It would be very frustrating to go there asking for help, and instead be met by a staff that won't even run a basic blood panel.

I will keep you in my prayers. Stay strong and be safe. Hold out until the 18th!

We're ready for a follow-up report - what did this new neurologist have to say?  I hope something useful came out of this new appt.
