leg pains

I am exhausted here visiting my mom and I have not been taking it easy. I know its my own fault but when family and my mom don't get it... I push myself for days now and I just want to cry and cry... it's so tiring... I've had back pain..MS hug I would get all last night...kept me up since 4:00... it's starting to get abit better..

but now my left leg is sooo sore and weak... tingling numbness...it's really hard when my 86 year old mom wants to go out to the park and walk the dog... I can't today and told her I'm too tired and sore...she just said YEH ok...like I'm stopping her from going..I told her to go... ??

I guess I feel like I'm dissapointing her...but it's been over a week of me not really taking care of myself and now I'm exhaused...well must go again...take care everyone..

sometimes you have to just stop and take time out, put your health first, if you don't ease up hun you won't be able to look after anyone

I'm sure your mum understands, she was probably just disappointed, 86 and still active - that's fab
