medulllary lesions and neck discomfort

I just posted the previous quesion. Perhaps it would help to state that in my last MRI  I  had two lesions in the medulla, that were determened to be 1.9 cm and 2.3 cm. (I don't know how the judge what that means!) I am also experiencing dull neck pain. As I said in the last post, I know that the data does not indicate a direct correclation with syptoms (symptoms) and hte existence of lesions. But could the pain possibly due to the lesions? Does the size even matter?

I'm still trying to figure out this lesion stuff for myself.  I read Dr. Kantor's answer to you about this vental medullary lesion too.  I'm still trying to understand it but did find a  good anatomy lesson on lesions at the Temple University website.  You can get to it at
