Like ..for me I did a terrible thing with teeth and led to tooth abscess and gum infection ..it keeps inflammating..I guess that was  my daemon ..must have spread to brain via nerve tissue..

Hi and welcome,

If you are already depressed and are now starting to worry about MS since googling your symptoms, please consider the negative impact this activity could cause to your existing mental health issue.

What you have described sounds unrelated to MS and if you have an infection of some kind, which sounds more likely with your mentioned symptoms, you really shouldn't be trying to self diagnose over the net, please make an appointment with your doctor!

Cheers........JJ

AS already said a tooth abscess would not lead to MS. MS is a disease where your body attacks the central nervous system the brain, spinal cord or optic nerve. MS is not a virus nor is it caused by a virus. It is genetic. Other illnesses can cause MS like symptoms. A neurologist diagnoses MS. MS can have inflammation and or nerve damage in the brain, optic nerve, or spinal cord. Inflammation is a general term. In MS it is inflammation of the nerves caused by MS attacking them. All inflammation of the brain is not MS. It could be infection.

A easy way to rule MS in or out is to have a family doctor do a neurological exam. Any doctor can do it. It is reflexes and such. If it is normal it is not neurological if it is abnormal the doctor can refer you to a neurologist. Only a neurologist can diagnose MS.

A neurologist will want to do quiet a few tests. No test rules MS in or out.

But why I suspected tooth abscess is that it all started there.small lump on gum.gum inflammation.lips  itch.face itch.itch all over .now crawling all over.may be the virus or something got into brain through gum nerve :(

Do you have a diagnosis of MS or is it that you suspect MS?

MS involves inflammation in the central nervous system. It isn't necessarily going on all the time, and it is unrelated to inflammation in other areas of the body. A tooth access, even with complications will NOT cause MS.
