Hi - Welcome back.

There are many different causes of lesions, MS being one of them. All  by itself an MRI will not be enough evidence to support an MS diagnosis. It is a clinical diagnosis, meaning it is based on a doc's observations and opinion rather than just an MRI.

Was ther any mention of lesions enhancing?

It might be it depends on the neurologist. Have you had several attacks in different parts of your body over time?
