new symptom, I think

Okay first off I am sorry for seeming sooo needy these past few days.  I am at what I thought to be the end of a flare up and then all of a sudden this afternoon I feel as if I am shaking all over.  But I am not shaking.  If any of you have ever had low blood sugar it feels very similar except that my blood sugar is fine, husband is diabetic so I checked, and again I really am not shaking it just feels like it.  Enough that I am afraid to hold the baby that I might drop her.  If this sounds familiar to anyone please let me know.

I've had one really big flare, and after I was sorta in remission, when I got fatigued I felt really weak and shaky.  It felt like my hands and knees should be shaking - and sometimes they did!

Remember to get plenty of rest - the majority of problems I have is because I've done too much.

I have had what feels like internal tremors or vibrations before, but that is not what it feels like.  It feels like if I lift up my hands they would be shaking like I have Parkinson's, but when I hold them up they don't shake.  The feeling is centered from my shoulders through my arms and around my upper torso.  It almost feels like my heart is shaking to.  It feels like low blood sugar but it's not that.  But the weakness is all over and my legs feel heavy as well.  Other symptoms I have been feeling during this flare up are fatigue, pain from base of skull all the way down spine, headache, burning eyes, and the random achy hands.

Could you describe these shaking feelings a little more? Does it feel like an internal tremor? Can you walk well? Do your teeth chatter? Need more info.

First of all, if anyone needs to apologize for being needy it is me not yu.  I am sorry that all of the sudden this came on.  It sounds like you may have vertigo.  Like the bed is moving or shaking, but its not you only think it is.  Does that make sense? Vertigo is a common symptom that many have experienced.  I have a little, but don't know much about it.  I also understand being afraid to hold your child.  I have been with many of my symptoms, so sit down when you hold her that makes me feel more comfortable.  Hope it helps.
