I was wondering if any of yoy have trouble with feeling like you do not have any energy even after you eat. My doctor says i may have possible ms. I have other symptoms but this was my first and bothers me alot, caused me to gain weight because I would eat more to try and feel better. If you experience this and have any advice for me,I would really appreciate it.
I experience this daily, it's unlike anything I've ever felt before, aside from normal tiredness, ya know...I mean, it's normal to sometimes be 'tired,' but I have had an ongoing feeling of chronic fatigue, to the point where even sleeping does not help. I drink a LOT of water and make sure I'm eating everyday when I need to, but this feeling and a few other symptoms just have not gone away in the past 8 months. I wish I had advice to give you...one thing that makes my fatigue worse is being out in the sun, any hot temperatures makes me feel like I have just ran a marathon.
Continue to get your rest, and do not push yourself to more exhaustion.
