not really sure...high reflexes

hi ..was hopeing someone could help....had loads of symptoms which could be ms and have just visited neuro and they said my reflexes where high ..does anyone know what that means ...

I was diagnosed 3 years ago....my reflexes are crazy ....sometimes if i just tap my knee lightly my leg kicks up.  I am guessing that is what he means??    when my doc checks my reflexes she always stands to the side  hahaha   soemtimes you gotta see the humor in this crazy disease!    :o)

Hyperactive reflexes indicate a lesion or damage in the spinal cord.

Hi there.. have you had a MRI or have they set you up to have one?  how about blood tests?  What else did the Neuro say about your symptoms?  

let us know more about your symptoms and if you have been tested for other problems?

Hi - Just had an emg on my legs and arms and a test with needles in the muscles of my legs and arms.  I have no reflex action in both of my ankles and both of my knees.  I'm waiting to see my neurologist in August....does anyone know what all of this really means?  I appeciate any responses  Thanks
