not sure about this new GP

At this moment I'm sitting in an exam room, waiting gor an hour for the doc's new receptionist to find my LTD clain forms.  GP said he remember doing them, he brought them home to complete and handed them to the first receptionist who is off today.  He said too bad I wasn't here yesterday yet I tried to call yesterday and their outgoing message said they were closed?  This appt was originally scheduled for last Fri but I was rescheduled as the doc had an unexpected emergency.  Damn, do I need to start looking for one?  Looks like I might have to if the can't manage something this straightforward

my doctor lost my LTD forms the first time I gave them to her.  I had to call my insurer for an extra set and then I gave the forms directly to her secretary, who made sure the doc filled them out and retrieved them from the doctor to send to my insurance! Doctors are so busy, so when it comes to paper work I find they are a bit scattered

did you say you have other choices or are you pretty much stuck with this doctor?  I hate it that you aren't thrilled so far.
