Hi Pinky,

Thank you for joining us! I was dx'd quickly and when coming out of my relapse found it hard to distinguish between MS med side affects, and MS symptoms - not the big ones, but the daily chronic mild ones.

I used my baseline to compare to where attacks are concerned and calling the doc because like Kyle says, we are all different.

So, do you have a baseline attack to reference to compare? Using that will be helpful to you as you learn your course w/MS.

Have you started a disease modifier?

Hi Pinky and welcome to our little group. The thread you posted to was nearly 2 years old. So I decided to give you your very own, brand new thread!

It is hard trying to sort all this stuff out. I also understand not wanting to become a pest to your doc. We're all different when it comes to our levels of symptoms and disability. Most of us have at least some level of daily reminder that we have MS, even if it's very small.

For me, I'm aware when either a new issue arises or an existing issue worsens. I don't start thinking about a call to the doc until the change has been around for at least 48 hours.

You'll get lots of help from others here.

Kyle
