question re: MRI of brain

Can you please let me know if this should be of a concern:   Stable pattern of multifocal punctate FLAIR signal hyperintensity scattered   throughout the frontal and parietal subcortical white matter likely related   microvascular ischemic angiopathy

Whether or not this would be of concern needs more details.  For instance, for someone in their 60s this might be just fine.  If you are 20s, not so much.

Why were you sent for an mri?

You have posted at the multiple sclerosis board, however the radiologist has suggested ischemic (or vascular) changes as the cause.
