hi, i thought i had read the other day if you have like hypothyroidism that your ana would be high ...if thats the case how can they tell anything from your ana numbers?...thanks ahead of time....deb
The ANA can show different patterns and levels of antibodies which can point to specific diseases.
The first ANA testing I had only showed an antibody number, like a simple basic ANA test. Later I was tested and it was a very specific testing with many results, which was much more specific.
ANA seems to be very confusing doesn't it?
