should I push for more testing for MS

Hi . I am new to this so hope I am doing this right. I had a MVA about 3 years ago. Possible concusion and herniated disc in neck.  perfecly healthy till then. 1 week after had trouble with memory and consintration. hypertention, numbness to left side of face and tingling/cold tongue, numb lips, trouble with words to even slurring at times. Others just could not think of the words. Facial numbness and lips/tongue lasted for about 2 months. Had cervical fusion to fix the herniated disc. a year later. Still have the hypertension 3 years later and still unable to remember things or stay focused. periods of speech problems still present but come and go. Also have had prickly, electrical shock feelings all over head to toe for past few years. Never go away just changes in intensity and frequency. Started having increased fatigue about 2 years ago. Finally got bad enough this past year went for testing. Diagnosed with Severe Sleep Apnea, Cpap is helping but still excessive daytime sleepyness. currently trying Stimulants to help this. Also same time found I have Periodic Limb Movement diagnosis. July last year diagnosed with Uveitis bilateral and intermediate. Still combating that and trying to find the cause. On Methotrexate. Do have mild psoriasis so they are blaming that. But I have my doubts. Few months ago had like shock waves in my head. About 3-5 quick ones in a row off and on all day. No pain just weird feeling. Lasted about a month then quit for a couple of weeks only to return for another week. had about a month of my tongue that had deep crevaces and was very painful, especially with salty/spicy foods. This week I have noted my legs, foot , arms are twitching/jumping when at rest. Even at a stop sign in the car. Just small twitches/jerks. No weakness just general fatigue. Had MRI after the accident and all looked ok. Had one about 1 year ago without contrast and was negative for lesions. Yesterday found Uveitis is starting to progress again even on methotrexate so may need to up the dose. No optic neuritis. With everything progressing for the last 3 years and new symptoms showing up that can be related to MS, I am wondering if I should have my doc to another MRI of the brain and the spine with contrast this time. All test for possible other causes like Lupus, lymes, std's,arthritisis etc negative anyone have suggesions or have any of this to sugges what it could be?  Please help.

Thanks but that has already been checked and all is well. Only neuro check done so far was the MRI. Would like to do another MRI with and without contrast of the brain and the spine this time. Would also so LP if needed. Sleep specialist was talking may need to do LP to check for Narcolepsy so I think I will check with him if he can check for both. Thank you for responding and nice to have a site like this. Very educational and nice to have people to talk to that are having alot of the same issues.

Get your thyroid checked -- start with TSH levels, T3 & T4;  I'd suggest a consult with a good endocrinologist for more suggestions (like thyroid ultrasound, etc).  IF all your neuro tests are normal, that's the next place I'd try.
