somebody please tell me about this MRI report. is there anything to do with MS ?

MRI report on 1.5 tesla 8 channel unit says:
1) subcentrimeteric focal cystic hyperintense foci on T2 & hypointense on T2 FLAIR & T1 with no evidence of blooming on GRE or restricted diffusion on DWI noted in left tegmentum of mid brain & left postero-medial thalamus.-suggestive of chronic ischemic lesion versus prominent virchow robin spaces.
2)rest of cerebral hemisphere show normal MR morphology, signal intensity and grey-white matter diffrentiation.
3)both lateral ventricles and third ventricle are normal in size.
4)cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal MR morphology, signal intensity and outline.
5)fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in position.
6)basal cistern are normally visualized.
7)no midline shift is seen.
8)sella is normal in size.

What were they looking for. It does not sound like they were looking for MS. It mostly says you brain is normal. It does suggest a ischemic lesion which are usually little to be concerned about again nothing points to MS. What did the findings say? With MS it would say something about Demylenation. Again a doctor would have to compare the findings with symptoms and your neurological exam.

so i dont have to concern about anything. because i have back pain eyes pain and leg muscle pain from last 2 months.
i also have back pain eyes pain and calf muscle pain since 1 month. i was wondering if these are the symptoms of MS ?
