spasm

Has anyone ever had a finger spasm up toward back of hand - hyper flexed to first joint?  This happened to my right hand yesterday and I thought it was going to break the bone before it stopped.  It is still tender though only tremor feeling now.

Thanks

Too true.  I broke a toe when falling and it doesn't seem to be healing quite well.  I, too, crunch ; )

Luckily my toes are still going down!  It gives me a added appreciation for what others are going through.

Take care!

Hi,  I've never had this happen to my fingers but my toes do this.  It looks gross. I'm just glad I can't really feel it,  I only feel the muscle tightness and that's bad enough.

I have previously broken one toe once and another toe in two places and I'm pretty sure the one with two breaks keeps rebreaking. I can feel and hear crunching.

Aren't our bodies fascinating and not necessarily in a good way?

Regards
