Some medications can make you more sun sensitive. I took a low dose of an antidepressant for pain, and the sun through my car window would make me get a red rash on the left side of my face while I was driving.
Sometimes tanning beds have problems with lights, and can give you more rays in certain areas.
I hope your rash disappears quickly!
