Took my first dose of gilenya today heart rate drop to 50 so had to stay an extra hour but home now. Hoping this works since I failed rebif, tysabri, tecfidera we shall see what happens.

Is the low heart rate one of the side effects of it? If it is, I don’t think that I can be on it, since sometimes my heart rate has dropped down into the 40s. I hope it helps you.

golly I hear that they make you stay overnight here!  would not be a problem for me, since have pacemaker, it would not go below 60 but medicare won't pay for Gilenya, and do love my Tysabri

I have been on Gilenya for 7 months now.  This so far has been the best for me.  My biggest side effect I had lasted for a few weeks, and that was a mild to moderate headache.
