torsion ovarian cysts???

Hi Guys, they think they have found the cause of my terrible pain.  I was back into emergency yesterday, and spent the whole day there.  Finally, they did a CT scan, and the Dr. came back with..... well, we have some good news...
I said"OH" , at least we found something, and you aren't going NUTS !!!   Anyhow, it is a twisted ovarian cyst or a (torsion cyst), and I will be having surgery very soon.  I was going to Mexico next Saturday on the 17th, but it looks like we have to cancel that.  I'm not to happy about it though,as you can well imagine.   Anyhow, I just wanted to tell someone my news.   Thanks for listening,

Sorry to hear about the lost Mexican trip but at least they have found a source of your pain. That's a plus.

Glad that cleared your "crazy' status too! I hope the surgery goes smoothly and the recovery quick. Then maybe you can still squeeze in a trip before too long.

I'm glad they found out why you were having pain. I know how ovarian cyst can cause so much problems. I've heard that torsion cyst are very painful. I lost my left ovary due to a hemorrhagic cyst when I was on blood thinners, and pretty much could have died. I hope they do take care of the problem soon, so you won't have any more pain. It's a bummer though, that you had to cancel your trip..Maybe you can go sometime soon.
