Can a person have two autoimmune deseases simultaneously?

Sure, it happens often. You'll find many here with more than one autoimmune disorder.

I have both MS and autoimmune hypothyroidism, and am now pretty sure I also have psoriasis. Boo. Have to see a dermatologist. But things could be much worse for me, so I'm not complaining.
