the colonoscopy is a twilight sleep - and 4 days apart. i figure if i'm not already in a relapse with all the spasticity problems, this might bring it on but I doubt it.

once I get through Monday, it is all good for severa l months.

No more discomfort yeah. I couldnt imagine doing all that stuff in a week theyknock you out for the colonoscopy too? That would be a worry for me because of anesthesia 2 times in a few days hope it wont bring on a relapse for you. Let us know how your new improved bladder will be.

how's the discomfort today? Better, I hope.  Yes, the botox arrived and I am set for tomorrow afternoon.

My sense of scheduling is either great or really bad - Monday I saw the PCP. tuesday for massage and acupuncturist there took pity on me and treated me for free.  wednesday Tysabri infusion.  Today - another acupuncture session to relieve the spasticity (it does help).  Tomorrow - bladder botox.  Saturday - MS swim and some rest I hope. Sunday- do the prep for Monday, which is my colonoscopy.  What was I thinking?  LOL

This really does get a lot out of the way....

I hope it doesn't take 2 weeks!!  I had botox for something else and I'd say it was working within 3 days.

Dennis I hope the med increase works for you? May I ask are you afraid of doing the botox? I was but figured it was time to try it.

lulu I hope you can get your botox tommrow. Will you be put to sleep again? I have heard some people having botox done in the office me personally dont think I will try that besides I can catch up on my sleep when they knock me out.

The discomfort should go away pretty quick - I'm so glad you didn't call it pain.  As for my tx on Friday, they called and don't have the Botox yet.  There's a 50/50 chance it won't happen this week.   let me know when the botox kicks in for you - for me it was within just a couple days.   gentle hugs, Laura

Kat,

I hope this works for your bladder.

When I saw my Uro last week I was afraid that he would schedule this for me since I was still having leakage problems. Instead he increased my bladder med so I get at least a 6 month reprieve before they would try the botox on me.
